Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery to your address typically takes between 2 and 8 business days. 

Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, with an average of 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. To open a return, email contact@newtechversion.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refunds Once your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
