4. Returns and Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. To open a return, contact us at contact@newtechversion.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. 6. Limitation of Liability New Tech Version is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
